ADHD: Fast Track Evaluation
ADHD: Fast Track Criteria
- The applicant has had NO treatment or use of ADHD medication (for any reason) within the past four (4) years, and
- The applicant has had NO ADHD symptoms in the past four (4) years, and
- The applicant has had NO instability in academic, occupational, or social functioning within the last four (4) years, and
- The applicant has had NO other psychiatric condition(s) or diagnosis (current or historical)
If any of these criteria are not met, the ADHD Standard Track is required.
Required Records

The FAA requires specific documents to be provided prior to the evaluation
- If the FAA has any records for you, then these will need to be requested (to be sent directly to the neuropsychologist). Dr. Hoyman will provide a form for you to complete to request these records.
Evaluation Process
The Fast Track evaluation can be completed virtually and includes a clinical interview, collateral interview with parent/guardian, and questionnaires.
